WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Undergraduate students aged 17-25 from universities in the European Higher Education Area. 

You can join as a team of 3-4 people or register individually (the organizers will help you find a team).

1 - Participant registration

You can join as a team of 3-4 people or register on your own — the organizers will help you find a team. Registration is open until 11:59 p.m. on February 27, 2026.

February 02 — 27

2 - ONLINE STAGE

Guest lectures, networking sessions, teamwork on the first case, and submission of solutions (based on the results, the top 10 teams are selected for the final stage)

March 02 — 15

3 - FINAL STAGE (IN VILNIUS)

Expert lectures and mentoring, teamwork on the second case, presentation of solutions to the jury, cross-cultural networking activities and the award ceremony.

April 09 — 12

FINANCIAL SUPPORT

We provide travel and accommodation financial support for 10 individual finalists, making participation in the final stage in Vilnius more accessible.
